An innovative project in the then run down, area of Dublin. The project involved the conversion of a former stone, 5 storey Bonded Warehouse into apartments with additional new build apartments and Offices forming a large enclosed courtyard space. The architectural language of smooth render and curved metal roofs complement the former stone warehouses.
